This week I’ve taken a different approach to viewing our Top N Customers in Superstore. I recommend clicking the picture below to see the viz on Tableau Public. Interact with the viz to see what’s required this week.
Requirements
- Allow the end user to select how many top customers to see. This should be a range from 1 to 20
- Top customers is defined as those customers whose average sales per basket (order) is highest.
- All other customers should be grouped in to ‘Other’
- If the end user selects ‘Show Names’ in the dropdown they should see the customers names rather than ‘Other’
- The title should change depending on the number of top customers selected
- The Top N Customers labels in rows should change depending on the number of top customers selected
- Match my tooltips and formatting exactly

Use the most recent version of Superstore – otherwise You’ll need to download the data to re-create this viz.
